ZipFlow collects only the data needed to provide media processing services and keeps files for as little time as possible.

Uploaded files

Uploaded source files are used to perform the compression, trimming, conversion, transcription, or translation you choose. Source files are removed when processing ends. Generated results are kept for no more than 24 hours, then deleted automatically.

Account data

Email registration stores your email address, display name, and an irreversible password hash. Google sign-in stores the verified email, display name, and unique account identifier supplied by Google. Both methods store your plan and credit balance. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and Google identity tokens are used only to verify sign-in.

Third-party services

Translation may send extracted text to the configured translation provider. Waffo Pancake handles subscription checkout, taxes, renewals, and refunds. ZipFlow sends the account identifier and email needed for checkout, but never receives or stores full card details. Media files are not sent to the payment provider.

Security and logs

The service uses HTTPS transport, random job identifiers, a controlled processing queue, and request rate limits. Operational logs may temporarily record request times, error details, and network addresses for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

Do not upload files you do not have the right to process. To request access to or deletion of account data, contact the service operator and provide your registered email address.
