Service scope

ZipFlow provides online media and document processing tools. Results depend on the source file, selected settings, codecs, and external translation services, and may not suit every professional use.

Lawful use

You must have the legal right to upload, process, and download the relevant content. Do not use the service for illegal content, rights infringement, malware distribution, or evasion of security and credit limits.

Accounts and credits

Keep your password secure and use your account personally. Jobs consume credits according to the rules shown on the site. Free credits reset monthly. Paid credits refresh after Pancake confirms an initial or renewal payment for the chosen period.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout; taxes may vary by location. You can cancel renewal after logging in. Cancellation does not end paid access immediately; access continues through the current period. Waffo Pancake handles payments, taxes, and refunds under its checkout terms and applicable policies.

File retention

Job results are temporary and may be deleted within 24 hours of completion. Download and back up results promptly. ZipFlow is not a long-term storage service.

Service changes

Features, supported formats, credits, or abnormal requests may be changed or suspended to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
